No, the above Hex-commands are diseqc 1.0.
You're only using 22khz/13V/18V at ASTRA to switch (very slow ...)

I assume you're running a 9/x-multiswitch with two quaddro-LNBs, first
directed to ASTRA and the second to HOTBIRD?
