OK solved it, I had more then one libdvdnav (one for ogle one for the plugin) 
now all works so far, but fairly unstable. 

If it is of interest:
DVD : Herbert Grönemeyer -Stand der Dinge

- Title with subs 
	-> ARM-crash
- Navigating trough dvd-menu and going down in menu on a certain menu-entry
	-> ARM-crash
- ff or frew 
	-> Picture freeze
- jump to next "Kapitel"
	-> Picture freeze

All is reproducable.
