[vdr] Unpleasant "feature" in MPlayer-plugin

Hi,

I'm running a low-budget-only system and wanted to setup the MPlayer-plugin
to playback the recordings.
I successfully modified mplayer.sh to use -vc ffmpeg12, -vo xv and -ao null
(currently no soundcard).
Replaying by command-line worked fine with the modified script, but when I
select a recording I get a message the channel would be blocked.

Obviously the MPlayer-plugin checks for a free MPEG-device which
unfortunately doesn't exist on a low-budget-card.

So the plugin should disable that check in case there is no MPEG-decoder.
