It seems that some DiSEqC switches have problems with Rev 2.1 cards.
(I had this, too.) This can be solved by adding re-transmissions to 
the DiSEqC commands. Try something like this in your diseqc.conf:

S19.2E  11700 V  9750  [E0 10 38 F0] W5 [E1 10 38 F0] W5 [E1 10 38 F0] W5 [E1 10 38 F0]
S19.2E  99999 V 10600  [E0 10 38 F1] W5 [E1 10 38 F1] W5 [E1 10 38 F1] W5 [E1 10 38 F1]
...

I'm asking because there is some funny code in the driver which causes
the second card to tune to a slightly different frequency ("bending").
This code is supposed to fix tuning problems when two cards tune to the
same frequency...

I prefer the 1208 driver, but the other one should be fine, too.
