Hello,

I heard about a method called 2-pass-encoding, where the
encoder is first analyzing the videostream and second uses
the best bit-rate to encode the svcd.

Does tosvcd (or the tools used by tosvcd) use a
2-pass-encoding?
Is there maybe a tool for this?
