I was wondering how much work it would be to support MPEG1 in the plugin? 

I hadn't noticed the specific mention of VCD material on the webpage, and 
this would probably explain why I was getting errors from vdr when feeding a 
Transport Stream containing MPEG1 video =)

The webpage also explains why I've never had any luck with radio stations on 
DVB! :)
