[vdr] VDR 1.1.19 / 1.1.20 switching to Channels with VPID 0

I have problems to switch direct to radio channels.  The are no error 
messages and no sound.
The only way to hear something is to jump to the channel with valid VPID 
and then again to the radio channel in the same Frequency or to switch 
to another Radio channel with same Frequency and then back.
