Dieter Gueler send me a parameter to set up the quality.
get the new version of convert.sh from
http://www.burwieck.net/vdr/convert.sh .
i think, the quality with the new convert.sh of the
generated mpegs is near the file you send.

No mpeg2enc can make better quality. There is something wrong with the
encoding i guess.
