[vdr] vdr + dxr3 + mp3 -> not working properly

Hi!

I just tried newest vdr (1.1.25), dxr3 plugin (0.1.5) and mp3 plugin (0.7.10). The dvb driver is
the on Klaus recommended (2003.02.16).

With these and default settings for mp3 plugin, I get mp3 playing but the picture freezes. The
picture should be 'live'. The osd for the mp3 works. But unfortunately the sound quality of the
mp3 is poor, it sounds like my machine is too slow. Still it has over 40% cpu idle all the time.

If I change the background (in the mp3 pluging setup) as 'black' and then try to play mp3 ->
picture freezes (no black) and there is no audio

And regular tv watching does not look too good. I picture is jerky.. It makes very small stops
quite often and I get quite a lot of this to /var/log/syslog:
Feb 23 19:43:07 vidiootti vdr[349]: ERROR: not sync'ed to TS packet on device 1
Feb 23 19:43:07 vidiootti vdr[349]: ERROR: skipped 187 bytes to sync on TS packet on device 1

If I use older dvb driver (2002.12.08), nothing changes.
If I use older vdr (1.1.22), then the picture is good (no false TS packets), but mp3 playback is
even worse. I don't get audio in any situations, from mp3. The audio from live broadcast is
okay.

So, it seems that the development in the vdr and dxr3 plugin has gone to wrong direction in some
point.

If I'm doing something wrong, please let me know. I did install mad and libsndfile for mp3
plugin. My machine is P200MMX with 64M memory. I'm running Debian with kernel 2.4.18. Oh, and
I'm using Nova-T card.
