[vdr] RFC: exprimental PMT scanner, automatic pid setting

Hi ppl,

I have scribbled together a patch that allows vdr to find the correct pid for 
a program based on the transponder and program id (service id).

Give it a spin and tell me what you think. Just apply the patch, set the vpid 
of a channel to -1 and switch to that channel. The console debug output 
should report the PMT info's for that channel and the correct pid's should be 
filled in for you.
The goal is to expand the patch further to also cover NVOD information.
