Are you using, beside a full featured card, a Nova?  And if so, do
you have set hw_sections=0 as parameter for loading dvb-ttpci?

Hmmm ... are there more out there with the same experience?
If so I'd should add a comment to the PROBLEMS file of the
bitstreamout plugin.
