Possibly you experience what I'd call a bug in the new firmware. As I
already posted on this list and on the dvb mailing list, a couple of
people, including me, sometimes see A/V desync. If you switch to a
channel on another frequency/transponder and back, the video and sound
are almost always in sync again.

If you play a recording and return to live TV you will most certainly
see the A/V desync.
