Do the STB's have initial freq tables somewhere ?
Of cource, having some initial table speeds up the job,
but what about new transponder frequencies ?
Wouldnt the initial scan be, to scan the whole frequency range
and build the table, then scan further for services.
This first scan would be slow, naturally.
