N - new channel found by SDT parser
C - channel read from channels.conf
R - running service as indicated in the PMT/SDT

the CA parameter is certainly wrong, the sid also looks strange, the rid value 
(last field) is used to enable/disable auto update of this channel. the 
[a,v,d]pid values should be filled in as soon as you try to switch to that 
channel. 
the wrong sid value is certainly the source of your problem.
