Well - maybe I was just a little premature...

Anyway: How about the elecard stuff: www.elecard.com Their player is, as
they
tell on the website, capable of playing back TS.

And of course, if you were to program sth. for yourself, the MPEG2-Demuxer
DShow Filter from Micro$oft (included in WinXP) is able to handle TS.
But you either have it to tell the PIDs or run it in a BDA environment,
where the TransportInformationFilter will handle all the PID stuff.
