[vdr] ANNOUNCE: Client/Server Streaming 0.1.0beta1 (vdr-streamdev)

Hello list,

a new, experimental version of this PlugIn is available at 
http://www.magoa.net/linux/index.php?view=streamdev

Note that this is mainly an intermediate release, for those who'd like to help 
me debugging and especially for those willing to help me make HTTP streaming 
work more reliably. For that, I guess a TS2PS muxer will be necessary.

If anyone who has got a little more knowledge of the MPEG-internals wants to 
support me with this PlugIn, any help is appreciated.

BTW some translations are still missing, as well ;))

@Rene Bartsch: I didn't get in contact with the Metzler's yet, and the current 
libdvb doesn't seem to contain a useable TS2PS muxer yet ;(. HTTP-TS 
streaming currently streams all pids, but mplayer doesn't recognize the live 
stream. If I save it to a file and replay it it works (but with no 
improvement compared to PES).

CHANGES since 0.0.3beta1:
- Replaced the toolbox with a current version
- Rewrote the server core from scratch
- Rewrote the client core from scratch
- Reduced the size of blocks processed in a transceiver turn to 10 TS packets
- Added TS transmission for HTTP (configurable via setup)
- Most client settings can be done on-the-fly now
- MIME type for radio channels now "audio/mpeg" instead of "video/mpeg"
  (still doesn't work really)
