[vdr] VDR 1.2.0 fix: noosd

The file

  ftp://ftp.cadsoft.de/vdr/vdr-1.2.0-fix-noosd.diff

fixes a segfault in case somebody wants to run a VDR that has no
device that would provide an OSD ("budget" cards do provide an
internal OSD pointer, even though the don't actually display anything).

This problem only occurs if the VDR machine has neither a DVB card nor
a DXR3, but just uses the analog plugin to make an analog signal available
and is otherwise not used interactively (thanks to Axel Gruber for reporting
this one).
