[vdr] VDR 1.2.0 fix: editchannel

The file

  ftp://ftp.cadsoft.de/vdr/vdr-1.2.0-fix-editchannel.diff

fixes a problem if somebody edits a channel which is used by a timer
and changes either its frequency or service id. The 'timers.conf' was
not written after editing a channel, so VDR would have complained at
its next startup that a channel was not defined for a timer, and would
have dropped this and all following timers.

I will make fixes like this available under

  ftp://ftp.cadsoft.de/vdr/vdr-1.2.0-fix-*.diff

so that people who are using a patched VDR will be able to easily
include them into their installation, without having to start all
over again with a new release of VDR and go through all the trouble
of applying patches again.

The next official release will always include such fix patches.
