Well I was just about write, but you found the anwer yourself ;o))
SPDIF runs at about 1Mhz and the harmonics go quite a bit
higher (so you see them nicely on TV)

I would suggets you go for 75 ohm shielded cable for RGB and
normal microphone wire (2 wires + shield) for analog audio.
