[vdr] DXR3-plugin resets to NTSC :-(

Hi,

whenever I start VDR, the DXR3-plugin resets the card to NTSC.

Because of that I have to run a "em8300setup -p" after starting VDR each
time.

Is there any way to prevent the DXR3-plugin from doing this?
