[vdr] join vdr-Transportstream

Hello!

Am I right that I can correctly join 2 vdr transport streams to one long
stream, without drop outs at the cutting point, using linux's cat? AFAIK
this isn't true for programm streams.
I want to send streams > 2 GB to PVAstrumento, because I can't find any
tool to corectly join two MPEG-2 program streams.

If cat isn't the right command, which may I use?
