Once upon a time Steffen Barszus shaped the electrons to say...

Thanks a lot!

0065 on VCR is much better..."mute" is a separate key (i hope not
that of my TV ;-)) etc.
vtx is possible too, but:

All keys in the two rows with "<< > >>, rec stop pause" are
not realized by (my) LIRC!

If i try to make my own .conf with 065
irrecord says:
[...]
Now hold down button "1".
irrecord: no data for 10 secs, aborting

I'm using lirc_serial.
With 773 it works.

Very funny...

If i set "260" no keys are detected by LIRC! (irw)

in "260":

          vtxl 0x0000000000001171
          vtxm 0x0000000000001171

          right 0x0000000000000170
          blu 0x0000000000000170

are the sames code :-(

try
grep "0x" /etc/lircd.conf | cut -d"x" -f2- | sort | uniq -c | sort

Maybe this discussion belongs the lirc-list?
