[vdr] Announcement: vdr2divx 1.6.0pre8

Hi,

today i like to announce a new version of 2divx!
This version does contain bugfixes and several changes making it compatible to 
the vdr_inside project!
However some patches sent to me are still unapplied - this will change in the 
next version!
A small warning from me: This version is not tested as heavy as i normally do 
- so only the brave should use it in their productive environment ;-) Reports 
welcome!

And don't forget to take a look at the Install since now you must compile a 
part of 2divx prior to running it!
