[vdr] VDRadmin feature request

Hi,
would it be possible to extend VDRadmins autotimers to select a
list of allowed channels? This one or all selection isn't usefull
in many cases.

It also would be nice to if it would be possible to exclude some
channels, e.g. all but N24.
