[vdr] tvtv plugin

I've compiled the tvtv plugin, but i'm not sure how to use the pluging. The 
README file is short on information. 
How do I install and use the plugin? Do i need to start vdr with any 
particular flags? 
Also, i'm not sure exactly what the pluging does. How does is differ from 
epg2timers?
