[vdr] VDR 1.2.6 plugins under 2.6.0-t9/CVS dvb drivers

Hello,

I managed to install VDR 1.2.6 on a system with kernel 2.6.0-test9 together
with the DVB drivers from CVS as of yesterday morning. Everything runs
smooth (so far.), even with the new Komplettpatch from vdrportal.de.

However, compiling plugins (e.g. calendar-0.1.2) yields errors about pthread
functions related to rwlocks in include/vdr/thread.h. The type
pthread_rwlock_t and corresponding functions such as pthread_rwlock_rdlock
are only defined by pthread.h or pthreadtypes.h if the symbol __USE_UNIX98
is set.

What are the implications of adding it to the Makefile?
