hi all.
i´ve got this nasty relation-ship problem and it doesnt seem to vanish *G*
my wife and /me live in upper austria (oberösterreich) and she wants dearly to watch the regional
window of orf 2.
ORF 2:12692:h:S19.2E:22000:500:501:505:102:13002:0:0:0
ORF 2 OberÖsterreich:12692:h:S19.2E:22000:540:541,503:505:102:13006:0:0:0
"ORF 2" - which is equal to "ORF 2 Niederösterreich" sends the whole day while the regional
variants are on air only from 1900 to ~1925.
lyngsat gave the above settings - while satmania would tell me to use ...
ORF 2 OberÖsterreich:12692:h:S19.2E:22000:500:501:505:102:13006:0:0:0
... which differs from "ORF 2" (Niederösterreich) only in the SID field. a friend has a dbox2 and his
settings of DVB2000 are the satmania ones.
the above setting with vdr results in a black screen with no sound which is not my wifes desire -
while the later would give me - you got it - ORF 2 NIEDERÖSTERREICH - not her desire too.
i called my friend today around 1923 and he was not sure but believes he saw different streams till
the ads kicked in (we´ll check again tomorrow).
so my question:
is it possible that you have distinct streams with the same VPID/APID but different SID ?
or will the dbox use the SID to search for VPID/APID and therefore find the channel anyway even
with false PIDs ?
which tool could help me best to find the right values for the desired channel ?
could it be that the channel setup is dynamic and i´ve got no chance but to use some AutoPID
patch ?
wbr.tja...
