[vdr] dvd-plugin and lirc

Hi,

as i posted some days ago my remote-control didn't work correct wit
vdr-dvd-0.3.4-rc10. In menu's (not stillpictures) or in the movie itself
the remote-control work only if i press the key several times, in menu's
with still-picture the remote-control reacts on the first key press. I
find out that if i comment out the "continue" statement in line 555 in
player-dvd.c the dvd-plugin also react immediately, but the picture have
artefacts and audio is stuttering.

Perhaps Sven can find out where the problem is.
