You could define these two channels like this:

ORF 2 O:12692:h:S19.2E:22000:500:501;503:505:1:13006:0:0:0
ORF 2 1:12692:h:S19.2E:22000:540:541:505:1:13006:0:0:1

Note the different RID values in the last field).
Then just switch to the other channel if necessary.

I'm currently workign on incorporating the 'autopid'
functionality into VDR. After that this will happen
automatically.
