[vdr] Feature request - ASKQ within svdr.c

For better communication my feature request within a extra mail.

I would like a feature to interact with the user over the screen. I
would like the MESG functionality to be anhanced to a ASKQ functionality
wich leads to a question on the OSD. If the user hits OK within a given
time (default 5sec) this could be mentioned within the output of svdr.c.
This output could be parsed with whatever you like. With this feature a
script would have the chance to interact with the user. 

An example could be the question when shutig down that an active (f.e.
noad or converting) process is running and if the vdr should be shutted
down despite that fact.
