[vdr] Where to get TeletextPID for channels.conf

Hello,

I have looked at the channel listings generated by www.satcodx.com,
www.lyngsat.com and www.dxandy.de. Strangely none of them seem to include the
teletext pid for TV channels.
Where do you get this pid from ?  Is it necessary to do a scan with the DVB
driver utility ?
