The file below might work, based on the data you provided:

T 697833333 8MHz 3/4 NONE QAM16 2k 1/32 NONE
As long as this locates the signal from one multiplex, the scan app should be able to use the data it finds to automatically tune to all the other multiplexes and dump the channel data for all of them. If it works, then post the file back to the list so it can be added to the list of initial tuning files.
