full featured or budget ? The last one => libxineout-plugin + 
oxine/xinefb ? The first one (depending on if your machine is big 
emough) => tvtime and dvb-kernel driver. I have tried tvtime and it 
looks absolutly nice (at least in my eyes). I haven't even tried tvtime 
with dscaler intrlacer (i think the recommended deinterlacer for 
tvtime)

i thought xinelibout is there and allready usuable isn't it ?
