[vdr] VDR crashes when editing + starting to record

I've now seen a couple of times VDR crash when two things
are happening at the same time. 1) There's an edit going on,
i.e. it's writing the %movie files, 2) recording starts.
Once it was a scheduled recording, once I started it manually.
On the latter time, the subtitles plugin was actually showing
the subtitles, but the screen was black otherwise.
Then VDR restarts.
