I had a quite old 1.2.x channels.conf.
There arte was, for what ever reasons, at ...86, not ...87MHz
Then i upgraded to 1.3.15
1.3.15. seems to have find the "arte" with the "wrong?" transponder
frequency and changed/added the NID/TIDs, but not frequency and (why?)
not the polarization.
I assume that VDR placed the "left over" frequency without
IDs into the list? That's the second entry.
Then i found that arte does not have EPG any more.
I tried to fix is using the menu, but uups, there is
no point where i could enter "hC34"!
Deleting the entire entry was not possible too as there where lot
of times.
So i changed only the frequency in the hope vdr will
now adjust the polarization.

The LNB sharing patch saw: uups, i should go to
..86 but am now on ..87: Njet!
After adjusting the frequency LNB sharing patch saw: uups,
i should go to "h" but am now on "hC34": Njet!
So EPG could never get the reciever.

The question is:
What is the intention with "C34"?
Who uses that info?

Maybe LNB-patch should/could be more tolerant to check only
the first letter of polarization and ignore frequency differencies
lower than the half transponder freqeuncy?
