I'm running the Box via NFS there is no harddisk inside the machine.
Any other suggestion... maybe?

It used to work well before but not ever since I upgraded.
I think I tried everything I could to find the source of this problem. 
The only part in my machine I did not switch yet is the new mobo.

I usually have around 5% load on my 900Mhz Sempron (2200 Sempron with 
100Mhz FSB)
