[vdr] VDR Live CD Bootable distro?

Are there any in English? The only bootable VDR distro I can find is the 
c't magazine one, but I suspect it's German-language only?

I did look at 'LinVDR' but this wants to eat the entire /dev/hda - I 
need to be able to install in a single-partition only, or ideally run 
directly from the CD :)

Failing that, do any of the KNOPPIX et al crowd include the DVB drivers 
and dvbtune/dvbstream/mplayer with DVB support?

(I'm trying to test a DVB-C card which seems to only work in Windows on
another PC and can't destroy the existing Windows partition!)
