Well, it's with :
xine -V xxmc -A alsa --disable-post  --post vdr -Dtvtime:method=Greedy2Frame,cheap_mode=0,pulldown=0,use_progressive_frame_flag=1 vdr:/tmp/vdr-xine/stream#demux:mpeg_pes &

Without deinterlace it took less than 2% of my CPU :-)
BUT with fans and noise (mostly noise from the power supply...).
