Changes from 0.0.3 to 0.0.4

2004-12-13: Version 0.0.4

- bugfix setup parsing (thanks to C.Y.M. from the mailing list)
- new setup option to indicate whether the week starts with Monday or Sunday

The last change may be interesting for those who have no 'cal -m' command
and want to change the order of the weekdays in the header (Sunday first).
