[vdr] CAM support in VDR 1.3 is great

I only shortly discovered this list and the developer versions of VDR.
Before that, I struggled a lot to get my CAM's working with VDR 1.2
on a Fedora Core 2 x86_64 machine.

On x86_64, not a single CAM would work. As you may know, all
Dutch channels are encrypted (except BVN), so CAM support is
essential in the Netherlands.

With VDR 1.3, every combination of all the gear I have access to
works! Which is: 2 Hauppauge ff cards (rev 2.1 and 2.2), both a
floppy-style and a PCI-card style CI, and Aston 1.05, Irdeto, Official
Canaldigital Mediaguard and SkyCrypt CAMs.

On 32-bit Linux, all these would work except the Aston.
Now, this works too.

Needless to say I'm very happy.
