As Rainer Zocholl wrote I strongly recommend not to use Dolby or even DD.
Dolby is a trademark of the Dolby laboratories and I think everybody knows
how some companies to open source software.

The only way would be asking Dolby for permission. I don't think they will
give for nothing because they make their money by selling the 'Dolby
certified' mark.
