The main focus of this release is on audio track handling and support
for playing Dolby Digital over the full featured DVB cards' SPDIF output.
In live mode this already works for all PIDs. For recordings and in
Transfer Mode it is still limited to the first two audio PIDs and only
one Dolby PID. This will be changed in one of the next versions.

I hadn't time (yet) do download and test this new version, so forgive my question, but does this refer exclusively to the spdif output or any output? I mean, will I be able to see and select more than 2 audio tracks with a budget card+dxr3 (a combo which always uses transfer mode)?

Audio track selection refers to any tracks.
DD tracks can now be played over the DVB card.

But it seems that if you use transfer mode you can only select the first two track: I finally managed to get 1.3.18 to compile and run with a dxr3, and I tuned to BBCi Mosaic on Astra 2 that according to channels.conf has 6 audio tracks (one for each subpicture):

BBCi Mosaic:10847:vC56:S28.2E:22000:2305:2306=eng,2307=eng,2308=eng,2309=eng,2310=eng,2311=eng:0:0:6900:2:2050:0

The audio menu only shows me "1" and "2".
Yes, Transfer Mode as well as recording still only handles two audio PIDs.
This will change in the next version.

Klaus
