I have this card as well and should be set to a type 42. 

options saa7134 card=42 tuner=17

This card is broken in the latest version of v4l-dvb

Some change between r8971 and r11491 stops this card from being able to changing channels. Card=42 Tuner=68. It is still broken as of r13836 --Bp 00:04, 20 December 2009 (UTC)
