The Linux 2.6 kernel supports the TT Premium C-2300, so the card should be autodetected upon first boot.
The firmware file for the card must be placed in the hotplug directory /lib/firmware. You can download the correct dvb-ttpci-01.fw-2622 (or newer) firmware file from the LinuxTV downloads section. Rename the download to dvb-ttpci-01.fw and change the permission on the file if necessary. After a reboot you should have a non empty /dev/dvb/adapter0/ directory (note: the adapter number will be different if you have more then one DVB device installed in your system).
