Apparently just doing a short replay isn't enough to trigger this problem.
I have to replay at least a minute or so, and after that I also can only
see the CA channel that was active before starting replay - all others are
"gone". After a driver relaod everything works again.

I have three DVB cards and my CAM is in the third card, so I have to set
my primary interface to be the third card (normally it's the first one here)
to reproduce this problem.

I'm afraid this is a problem deep inside the driver or firmware...
