[linux-dvb] Re: Multicast support and drivers rel. 0.9.x

Hi,

I am trying currently to get unicast working wit OpenSky, on 2.4.14 kernel and 0.9.4 drivers
and TT-DVB-S card, but no luck. Whitch kernel do You use?

After lookung to syslog, I saw three lunes that say setting mc filter and MAC addresses for
EOL,

Feb 20 09:24:02 proxy kernel: dvb_net: dvb_net_init_dev()
Feb 20 09:24:08 proxy kernel: dvb0_0: filter_set
Feb 20 09:24:08 proxy kernel: dvb_net: open
Feb 20 09:24:08 proxy kernel: dvb0_0: set_multi
Feb 20 09:24:08 proxy kernel: dvb0_0: set_multi
Feb 20 09:24:08 proxy kernel: dvb0_0: set_mc_filter 01 00 5e 00 00 01
Feb 20 09:24:08 proxy kernel: dvb0_0: set_multi
Feb 20 09:24:08 proxy kernel: dvb0_0: set_mc_filter 01 00 5e 00 00 01
Feb 20 09:24:08 proxy kernel: dvb0_0: set_mac
Feb 20 09:24:08 proxy kernel: dvb0_0: filter_free
Feb 20 09:24:08 proxy kernel: dvb0_0: filter_set

but since in network_activator I dont se nothing, I guess that driver sets these.

Best regards
