I changed the lower value (174000000) to 140000000UL. Now I can tune to 
all bouquets here in Finland! Peoblem solved. Thanks Ralph for your swifty 
response! I don't know what the limits should be in the driver, but I 
would really appreciate it if you could change the lower limit to 140MHz 
at least. This way the finnish users would not have to patch the driver 
after every update.

There's been a lot of interest in finland for DVB-C PCI cards.
Unfortunately it is extremely hard to get a DVB-C card from Finland since 
TT does not have so many resellers and Siemens won't sell to Finland. But 
I think the situation will change in the near future. After that I would 
assume that both the DVB driver and VDR will be very popular here in 
Finland!
