Wonderful.
For the first time, I saw scan doing its work correctly. It's really fast!

So before this patch, the flow of packets was randomly enabled and disabled
many times in a second as dvb_feed_start or stop were called.

The results were different from run to run due to a spectacular case
of race conditions.

Another successful test: "scan -c" is able to run when another application
is reading from dvr0 without disturbing it (this didn't work well
before, of course).

This patch has great value.

Now, if someone can finally find out why the extra filters don't work,
we'll have all the pieces to reshape the driver for elegance, performance,
readability, correctness and so on.
