[linux-dvb] Fix for Twinhan DVB cards

Hi,
after endless system hangs I discovered that the only way to load bttv 
with my Chaintech digitop DTT 1000
(Twinhan clone with card-id = 0x68) is to add
     .no_video       = 1,
in the corresponding structure.

Maybe because I don't have composite/svideo ports?
