The second case. Each following attempt will generate the above error
message. The only solution is to manually reset the device.

No video output. LED is green.

Oops. Things changed with the CVS version of dvb-kernel compared to 
Linux kernel 2.6.5.

If I reload the module (rmmod & modprobe) or re-plug the USB cable, the
device will be detected, but it still doesn't work and sends the error
message.
